From May 6 to May 23rd, the Institute is closed and any applications received during that period will not be reviewed until we return. Please note that applications can be scanned and emailed to l.sosa@wawhite.org. However, be aware that emails are not encrypted.
To apply for any of the Clinical Services offered by the White Institute, please download a copy of the application. Once you complete and save it, please email a copy to Leila Sosa at l.sosa@wawhite.org.
