Organization Program

The OrgMark Sirkinanization Program draws people from diverse backgrounds: business - from large corporations to small family businesses; government; consulting; not-for-profits organizations; education; religious institutions; architecture; journalism; law; and mental health, where some practice as clinicians while others work in managerial roles. Most participants are mid-career professionals; many have an advanced degree in their field. All are interested in developing their capacity to understand and work effectively in organizations. Since its inception in 1990, the Program has graduated over 110 professionals.

In addition to the above programs, the White Institute’s Jill Howard currently enrolls 35 students in its comprehensive one-year program and the Institute’s Intensive Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Program currently enrolls 17 students.  Moreover, the Institute regularly sponsors numerous continuing education courses for professionals in the community as described under Training and Education.
